Hatsan air cylinders fill probe

Anyone else having any problems with Hansan Arms air cylinders and fill probes? I got my first Hatsan gun a couple of weeks ago. The cylinder was charged when I got it so the next day off I go to the range with the gun, Guppy tank and fill probe with Feral Q/D attached so it can be charged off my tank. Shot the gun down to about 2000 Psi and tried to recharge it. Air leaked out around the probe at both ends of the cyl. hole and got Nothing into the cylinder. Changed O-Rings on probe with the ones that came with the gun, same Thing! E-Mailed HatsanUSA and they said to change the O-rings or that there might be a Burr in the cylinder fill hole. Got tired of the run around.
Here is what I am going to try.
Fill hole is 0.307. 1/8 NPT is supposed to be drilled out with a "R" drill, 0.3390. Going to leave the hole at 0.307 and tap it. Putting a 306 stainless steel allen head pipe plug in one end, hole needs to be tapped from both ends, and a 1/8 NPT/Feral Q/D fitting, AirForce Spin-Lock Cylinder fill fitting in the other end using locktite 242 on both. Plug can be installed in cylinder and cylinder installed on gun. after cylinder is on the rifle, install AirForce fill nipple in remaining end of the fill hole. Loctite 242 is removable so if the cylinder needs to be removed the Q/D nipple can be removed allowing the cylinder to be unscrewed from the gun. Just waiting on the fill nipples from AirForce right now. Will let everyone know how it works out. Like the gun, AT44PA. Got it for Bunny hunting. would like to be able to recharge it without it leaking my air out and not getting a charge into the gun.

"Probe" fill systems are PITA-grade engineering, but they're common and reliable.
If lubricant and/or an O-ring swap won't fix the problem and the gun is under warranty, why not let the seller straighten this out?
If there's no warranty, it might be a good idea to de-burr and polish the probe and orifice before making irreversible changes that decrease the gun's functions and marketability.
