I didn't have the ocular locked!!
I recieved my hawke sidewinder 30, 8x32x56 yesterday, really like the fine reticle, not quite as clear as I hoped but that's probably my 70 year old eyes. But I do have a problem, as I was focusing the eyepiece or reticle I noticed the reticle moving in relation to the target then I tried moving the eyepiece up, down and left, right and it moves. It springs back, it feels like it's mounted in rubber. Is this gona be a problem, do all hawkes do this or should I send it back?Oops sorry y'all , I didn't have my ocular locked, my bad!!
No need for electrical tape. The Sidewinder has a lock ring.
