Bipod on fx royale 400 synthetic?

On utube I saw a man drill his synthetic stock then screw a sling stud in the hole with jb weld on it, has this worked for anyone or do you know a stronger way ?

That's not the best way to do it, but it'll work.
Or you could just inlet the back of the hole a little, then place a small washer behind the stud head & use a small nut to hold it in place

I have done  a small furniture t nut on the inside works great
