Quick and easy Squirrell wrap

So I had two squirrel legs and no idea what to do with them. So I thought what the heck I'll make a Greek style wrap with the things. Started by boning out the legs and then making small dices out of the boned out meat. Heated a pan with olive oil and half a tsp of garlic. Stir fried the dices of meat in that until nearly done then added 1/2 tsp Italian herbs and 1/4 tsp Greek seasoning (Cavenders is great, but Lowery's makes a good one too) Finished cooking meat and then pushed the meat to the side of the pan and warmed up a tortilla in the seasoning/oil left in the pan (a pita or naan would be better but I had a tortilla handy) Fill heated wrap with meat, a few fat tablespoons of hummus, top with feta, lettuce, tomato, fried or raw onions and you're good to go. The squirrel was tender and had a lamb like flavor (could have been the seasonings that made me think that but who cares if it works right? Took about 15 minutes beginning to end.

I have a small question:  What happened to the rest of the squirrel???

I messed it up. First time cleaning one. Greek and Italian are very complimentary in terms of herbs/flavors. I only used the tortilla because I didn't have a pita lying around.
