Actually, I’ve very happy with my plain looking Discovery, but realize I’ve been pharting around with it for several years and have had time to get the little kinks out of the system.
Looks pretty stock.
1. 2 screw mod (tried the 3 screw mod and removed the 3rd screw)
2. Lighter weight striker (this one done by grinder/file rather than lathe):
3. 2nd barrel band inletted into the stock at the rear (Challenger PCP idea).
4. TKO
5. Simple power adjuster (spring guide and a headless screw in the supplied threaded hole in the end cap)
6. Slightly reduced transfer port
7. polished chamber throat/barrel transfer port (removing burrs)
8. 6-screw front barrel band (bottom 3 tight to the air tube, top 3 just barely slack to the barrel).
Shot count:
Typical accuracy:
Shoots some pellets better, some worse, but this is about the average.

LOL
If you got it, flaunt it? HeeHee
Got 3 Disco's at the moment. All dressed differently.
.177 dressed in Michael Chavka furniture, BMN breech and home brewed and baffled shroud.
.22 dressed in Steve Corcoran furniture. Breech made by Gene as well as the baffled shroud.
.25 Disco Double in customized Katana stock, MRod trigger group, BMN breech and baffled shroud.
Now I have to decide and buy another Disco for the up and coming Teryx stock setup. LOL
SAFE & Happy Shooting!!!!

And here is mine. LW barrel, 22ci air at 1500 psi, and replaced barrel guides for breech hold down and barrel alignment. Most of the internal modifications done, and shoots 18 gr .22 pellets at about 900 fps. New stock is a bit ugly, but is fitted for my use.
Lots of fun to build up to just what you need!

All my Disco needs is Air, Pellets and Love...
Mine is almost identical to Ribbonstone's setup:
Early (lightweight) Discovery Hammer Spring. (Not really a mod... this one came with it originally, but newer guns are better off with it, IMHO)
Three screw trigger mod (Ribbonstone is right, the third [sear] screw doesn't get you much).
Ron Saul's Trigger (Airgun BnA) - less flex than the stock trigger.
Dual Barrel bands; Front Band has Five Screw Modification.
TKO
Put a UTG 3x12x44AO (Fixed at 5x) with the highest rings I could find.
The Results:
Distance: 15 yards (measured) from the muzzle of gun.
The Top left group was the first group shot in the session with H&N FTs, the remainder were H&N FTTs (Top to bottom, left to right): Notice the groups tightening up as the barrel "seasons" from FTs to FTTs. Amazing what a difference pellet selection makes...
Given the intrinsic accuracy of this particular rifle, I may revisit "Optically Centering" the scope seriously...
I also have a MAC1-Tuned Disco in .177 which is nearly identically-configured (everything except the 5 screw Barrel band mod - it has the band, but not the screws) and it has a MAC1-supplied RVA.
The only outward difference between the two is the RVA, the Barrel Band mod and the color of the bolt handle (.22 is stainless, .177 is blued).

It's hardly a disco anymore. But have the tube, hammer and valve. And the BNM breech.
The rest is all custom stuff. On a good day it does 1/32" groups at 37yds
