CO2 bottles

I hope this subject is appropriate to this gate.
Today, I noticed in the local Craig's list, two CO2 bottles for sale. Since I know next to zero about this, I hope a more knowedgeable shooter will advise me.
First, a 20 pound tank for $75.00. Good deal? Pitfalls to look for while shopping?
Second, a Soda Pop maker CO2 outfit for $20.00. Is this type of bottle suitable? What to watch for. What would be a good deal for a novice shooter.
Thanks for any thoughts about what to watch for as I consider moving to CO2 shooting for paper-punching and plinking.

Ask If the bottles have a siphon tube (a tube that picks up the LIQUID co2 from the bottom of the tank)
If they don't, you will have to turn them upside down to get the liquid co2 into your gun or smaller bottle.
If you are filling a smaller co2 tank from these, you will need to fill them by weight.
A co2 bottle is typically rated at a lower pressure than high pressure air.
So you probably won't be getting a bottle rated at say 3000 psi.
INCASE you decide to move to hpa at a later date.
What gun are you thinking of using for this endeavor.
As to the price, I have been out of the bulk fill co2 game too long, and don't know what they are currently going for.

I make 2 predictions;
ON THE DATE WHEN US TROOPS ARE ISSUED AN Energy Pulse Weapon,
1. The US Soldier will have on his person a version of the Colt 1911.
2. He will be aiming the NEW Weapon at someone carrying an AK47.

I imagine I would go "basic".... perhaps a Discovery - or some other rig that can take bottle filling. I will take my time with this but when I noticed some paintall rigs at a yard sale last in July, I began to watch and learn before I leap.
Thanks for the info. I'll continue to watch for bottles and air tanks and if something seems to be a good bargain, go for it. I like what I read about the "Disco" but the Marauder looks good too. I'd probably use a hand pump for air to begin with. The exercise would be good for me.
