I needs to be printed the Plastic. Allumide will not work.

Instructions are very simple.
Remove the focus nob. Use Needle nose Plyers
Insert wheel in nob
Use a 4M screw with a washer instead of the the scope screw
Optional: add set screws to keep it in place. Not necessary.

Also If anyone is interested in a scope tape. This tape is set up for my eyes so It might be a little different on your eyes. I printed it in sticker paper and put a later of clear packing tape on it.

Thanks MH. they are inexpensive, durable and light. I can probably fit it to any scope if I get the knob dimension including the teeth.

Jeff, I would need to see the nob to take measurements. Once I have the drawing I can upload it to http://sculpteo.com and you can order from there. The cost will be somewhere between 60-90. it depends on the color and quality you order.

The decal will only work on the Muller and also set for my eye. Each scope has different markings.

As far as what is hanging on the front, I think you are referring to the wind indicator. It tell you where the wind is coming from and gives you an idea of strength.
