Any one have a date for the transition from the 2 piece bolts to the 'newer' 1 piece bent style?

Mine is a 1956 and it has a 1 piece bent style

I'm not 100 percent sure but I believe the guns with two piece bolts also don't have serial numbers and were made prior to 1956 or 1957.

Just so happens I'm rebuilding my dad's 317 and have some info from bryan and associates. The 2 piece bolts were made prior to 1951. The one I have has the open end or flow through bolt made between 1951 and 1955 the other bolt style is after 6/1 /1955.

How about posting a picture of that open end flow through bolt. It may help me put a date on the 310 I'm working on.
