......"Yes, it seems pretty revolutionary for the big bore crowd, I just hope the technology trickles down to the small bores." Heck no, they can keep all that "TECHNOLOGY" far away from any airguns I would buy. That would [to me] overcomplicate a simple and durable design and take the dependability and self suficiency out of a tried and true design.I worked on R.V.'s for 18 years, and [lets take a fridge for example] there was absolutly no electronics in the appliances. Yep you had to light pilot lights, but the worked for yeeeeeeeeears, if maintained, and usually when not![ I know a few of you have or have had older / newer R.V,'s]Then some Jack%#@@ decided it needed TWO p.c. boards auto ignition, buzzers if the door isnt latched, self diagnostics,[ to help find the now possible probems that used to be non-existing] etc. etc. The dependability drove off a cliff overnight. They just [as of 3/4 years ago] got a decent handle on that part but would YOU wan't to pay $300.-$400 for a p.c. board after your extended warranty is up? Now add diagnostic time and labor. [But that was great job security for us ]No thank you.
Just read $1200 to $1500 is projected as the price
Will this work for ammo?http://www.dashcaliber.com/page_14.html
i dont own a big bore, but wouldnt this take the guest work out of turning a knob then firing over a chrony to test it?and also, at a quick glance it looked like a simple analog board that does only a few calculations, these are what 10 dollars? the electronic handle for my paintball gun was 30 bucks so i wouldnt be too worried about this gun
