long story short... 3-4 inch group at 30-40 yards. Sent back for repair. Still average 3inch groups at 30-40 yards. Hate to send it back again. Still warranty to Dec. Any suggestions on what I can do? I use JSB's and .360 Round ball. thanks, brian

Remove the barrel, push a pellet through and check for any nicks of marks that shouldn't be there. Check the transfer port bore to barrel and remove any burrs. Check the crown and re-crown if necessary. After that it's lapping out the tight places until pellet goes through evenly. Of course the barrel band is another thing causing inaccuracy, loosen up everything (shroud and band) and tighten back up making sure that nothing is bending the barrel. That should in principle get you 1" groups at 50 yards.

Don't start messing with it yourself you might never get anywhere,  send it back for an exchange.

If what "RKR" said don't work, send it back.  I do know if shroud is on to tight it binds the barrel and lopes pellets l&r, u&d and all around .  Make sure u can at least slide a dollar bill in between stalk and air tube. Make sure receiver is not rocking in stock. Big bores need a different type of hold because of the kick from the way small bores have very little to no kick .  Hope rkr and my 2 cents helps.

Hey! I really appreciate all the help. You guys are awesome. I was able to get one group under an inch at thirty. Most of them were 2-3 inches and in a vertical line. PA has offered to replace or exchange for another rifle of equal value.
