David,

It got up into the Mid 50's and the sun was out all day and made it feel even warmer than that...

I'm not gonna lie it was 45 and windy when Josh and I got there, the first thing I did was get a fire going...

Not looking good for this months shoot, I got the Rona and will be in quarantine at least until 4/21.

That's if I can kick the cough and fever......

Let's look at things later in the week and I'll see if we can get together on the 24th..

Al,

I hope you get better quickly.  My mom and son and son-in-law all got Covid-19 and all recovered without complications or any hospital visits.  My mom is 86.  My son still can't smell much but my daughter in law decided that was a good reason for him to change all the dirty diapers :).

Thanks for the update.  I have purchased all the pieces to have a charged up tank with me if you delay a week.  But if you need more time that would be completely understandable (I am the guy who showed up in the little convertible with a Prod and hand pumped it).  I have a 25 Avenger now and it takes  a lot more pumps to recharge.

Hand pumps not so good regardless but on a big tank going to 3K it's worse...

I hand pumped the Avenger to 4K a few times but it was not exactly fun.  I used the Yong Heng to raise it to 4K today twice.  Took less than a minute.  Very nice.  I will use the Yong Heng on the gun a few more times but I have a 45 minute SCBA tank sitting next to it and will fill it sometime next week.  Probably in stages to keep the Yong Heng cool.  The hottest it has been so far is low 50s C when I ran it for 5 minutes with the vent open.  Filling the gun doesn't even get it to 40 C.

Hand pumps work but they are now the backup plan.  I don't want to fill the little Prod directly from the YH, however, it pumps too fast.  But I'm shooting the Avenger these days so I can wait to fill it until the tank is full.

I hope you are feeling better.

Ok Y'all,

I'm feeling much better but with the construction going on at my place in Cross we will not be shooting this month.  Over the next couple of weekends I will be out there cutting trees and moving dirt to make a Berm for us to shoot into so as not to send lead into someone else's property.  This coming Saturday will be a work day if anyone wants to come down and lend a hand.

The next shooting day will be May 15th if we get the Berm built.

Thanks
