Blasting squirrels that is.   I have officially 'harvested' over 300 in the past 18 months.  I keep records. 98% have been males.   Anybody that believes taking these pests in quanity will somehow upset the balance of things does not know anything about rodents.  Quite when I started taking them from my yard I figured that removing the resident pests would be the end of the problem.  Wrong.   There are as many as there ever was.   My best hunting secret is my "world famous hunt cat".   The squirrels hate the sight of the cat and will raise "sand" with the cat.  They will not even leave when I appear.  Which almost results in a squirrels depise.  Cat also retrieves any that fall into the bushes.   Anyway no Pics, just some comments on those ""dang" squirrels."

Wow that's some tree rat shooting! , I took out close to 40 around my place last season and there are a few around, don't see them too often
