just checked out 20 rws and out of that 19 were either 8.3 or 8.2 but one was 6.2 so i am sure this is where my fliers were coming from almost a 2 grain difference, is it worth weighing them all?? waste of time...?? anyone lese weight pellets and is it worth the time invested??

I weigh ALL the ammunition that I use in competition shooting ! Pellets and powder burners.
That way when I have a flyer, I know it's me !
If I'm just shooting for fun, I don't weigh them ?

bill, since you have a scale anyway, you might as well weight sort them.At least for a few thousand shots. Then you can go back to unsorted and really see if or how much difference it makes with your guns. Like Big Bill said, you can always weight sort them when you want to get serious.

do you see any point in seperating ones that are .1 of a grain different into two lots then...i have a lyman dps 1200 powder scale , so it takes very little time to weigh them, just boring repitition is all..
