pinch those pennies boys, & save up for at least a small ninja bottle. I did the pumping in the field bit a long time ago, & trust me it gets really old really quick.& if you have the small bottle & a good pump, & can find a way to connect the 2, you can fill the bottle yourself.Good luck fellas
These guys are plain lazy! Just find a backpack with a way to carry the pump in it and you are good to go! Simple as that. Not nearly as heavy or "bulky" as they say and you are good for however long your seals last! Not how much air is in your tank. Do not let these guys bum you out by sheer laziness!Again, pumps are not heavy at all!
I got a 20oz 1800psi bottle. Walmart has them for about $25. Gives me 5+ fills on my FD-PCP and fills from my 100cf tank. Never had a pump but I'm not opposed to one. if I ever hit the lottery, I'm going to get a shoebox.
Got my replacement .25 Sumatra Carbine, and I'm itching to take it out into the wilderness and breath some fresh air and plink, hunt etc. I have Hill Pump, and a bunch of pellets, and am trying to figure out how to mobile without overloading myself. Any of you guys haul a rifle and pump into the field? How do you carry them? The Sumatra got a nice leather sling, and so I know how I'll carry it. Wondering about a backpack perhaps with some sort of strap system. Of course I'll want to carry a supply of pellets, water, munchies, etc.Going Mobile (with the Who's Song in my head.) !steveoh
