Our local Flea Market regularly stocks the B3-2 underlevers in .22 and .177. The guy gives me a 10% discount when I buy from him and he lets me go through them and pick out the best wood and metal. IMO, the .22 is way under rated. We have 2 of them and I've done all the home tune things to them. The trigger pulls are probably the worst part of the gun. After all the gunk is cleaned out and everything is sanded, lubed , polished, tarred and molyed they are great 25yd. plinkers. I bought a boat load of Gamo variety packs and these guns shoot them all. Betty Lou and I had them out this evening and we had as much fun as we do with any of our other guns. We hung pellet tins on fishing string and the breeze moved them just enough to make it challenging. We shot them until the line broke and they rolled down the hill. $40 each for the guns and $14 for 900 pellets, a few hot dogs on the grill, a six pack of cold ones and we have a better time than if we spent $200 on dinner, drinks and a movie. And the best part, we don't even have to leave the house.

I have a B3 in 22 cal. Don't know if it is a 1 or 2 version. I find it to be a fun plinker, though I am hoping this TF97 is a little more accurate so I can move the B3 (and some others) to make room for something new.
Anyone on a tight budget, the B3 is a fun little gun. I touched up the trigger on mine and it is not as bad as it was to begin with. I even took a squirrel at 25 feet with mine.

I have a pair of those, one still in the box. Got mine from Amazon for that price and some shipping.
It sounds rough when you fire it, rumbles rocks rolls and sounds like something is about to break loose.
But it shoots!
I took one apart, cleaned relubed, looked at the spring, trigger on mine is fine so I left it be.
Its still loud but for fun per dollar you can't beat them with a stick!
The other one is sitting in the box waiting for its grandchild master to get old enough to appreciate it.
Won't be too long I'm thinking. Boy is 2 now, give him another 3-4 years and gently start guiding him down that path.

I don't trust mine, I HOLD that cocking lever when my fingers are in there.
I think this would be a perfect fit for one of those Pellet Pens that hold 10-15 pellets.

Wooden dowel, with a dummy cord to pull it out, dropped in breach to keep it from slamming shut. Nail bent 90 degrees as a pellet pin. Never have to put your finger in there. I bought a TF97 from a guy on this forum. Shoots better than my Leverage.
