HW77K Issue

My HW77 every once in a while will feel like the safety is on but it's not. I have to pull the trigger quite hard to get it to fire. I've completely removed the safety and I still get the issue. The trigger group is quite smooth I inspected it after removing it and it looks fine. No wear marks or anything. So I tore down the rifle and the only suspect part I found was the spring looks bent and out of shape. Do you think that the spring could cause this situation?
Here's the photo of the spring. Sorry the photo is so large.

I don't think it's your spring. That looks normal.
I would be more inclined to think it's a bit of something in your trigger assembly, perhaps a small piece of grit or a metal shaving in a tight place causing a bind. Careful inspection, some cleaning, and aa bit of lubrication may go a long way toward eliminating your problem.

Thanks I went over the trigger group and it seemed fine.
I'll clean and lube it.
Since I have it apart I'm going to put a Vortek kit in it.
