Crosman 760 Variants Spreadsheet

I have attached a spreadsheet of all the 760 variants and their distinguishing characteristics.  If you spot anything that is incorrect or should be added, let me know and I will update it.

Good job. That makes it easier to differentiate between variants. My 760 serial# shows a December 1975 manufacture date. The forearm and stock are plastic. How can you tell the difference between styrene and abs plastic?

Didn't the clip feed and fiber optic front sight variant start in 2002?

Also, there are the 'Pink' and 'Black' models that could be further subdivided in the 'current' models.

  ABS is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene.   It is just a little bit softer and tougher than pure Styrene.   Telling them apart is not that easy, without sacrificing some.

Hey 454 thanks for the info on the clip variant.  The Crosman web site is vague about when that started, so I will go with your date of 2002.

  Erik; the manuals section has the dates of production, and I would bet it's a little more accurate.  The 760B clip style is listed as 2001 to present.
