Crosman 2200A Magnum Parts Hunt.

Hello All!

I recently got a crosman 2200A magnum out of the trash. I replaced the cup seal and then the bolt lever that cocks the rifle broke. Now I'm looking for that part, but with no success. The gun is in excellent shape, I had to only clean the barrel with a little CLP.

Any suggestions on finding this particular part? Thanks for any advice.

Welcome to the GTA     And congrats on the score.             As long as it's only the handle and not the bolt pin, the handle is the same as the 2100, and is available from Crosman.   PN 2100-014.

brett893.I have one i was getting ready to trash or trade something for it.The stock isnt there but the receiver is and parts from it also from inside the receiver.Its a .22 magnum and has the barrel also. Its completely apart so im not sure what is or isnt there as it was given to me a few years ago and i dont have time to mess with it.If interested give me a shout and ill send some pics.As i said its got some good parts and barrel is in good shape but is really a parts gun with out the stock.

If it's the cocking handle I have some of 766 that fit. If your still struggling it only the cost of a stamp to the us I will send you it for free to see another 2200 back up and fireing. I have 2 love them great shooters.

     the 2100 bolt can be modded to fit the 2200.  that's what i did when i converted my 2100 to .22 cal.  i used the 2100 bolt # 2100b018 & epoxied a 7/32" od brass tubing over the end.  it's been working quite well so far.  i did notice that it doesn't fully seat all the pellets that i have.  eventually i'll make a flow through bolt using the same tubing & 2100 bolt.
     here's a pic of how the bolt looks.  the tubing is .8" long.

It's not the cocking handle Jolo, it's the plastic part of the bolt. 2200B015. Thanks for the reply.

I too was in the same boat with my 2200A. I glued my broke one together and made a mold to resin cast a new one. I'm getting ready to put the new cast bolt in and see how it holds up.I filled in the un-nessecary voids to beef her up a bit.The new parts aren't perfect but pretty good for a home cast part.My buddy at work couldn't tell the difference.I'll see if I can get a picture up of the one I cast.If you still need one let me know,seems like this is a much needed part.

Well, good news and bad. The bolt I made worked perfectly for about 200 rounds then broke in the exact same spot as the original. I think the resin I used cures too brittle. I have a couple more types to try before I have to order the stuff I know will work.

   Add some milled glass fiber to the mix, it'll add strength.

A 3d printer would come in handy with situation like this.

I was able to find a new bolt  on eBay. Installed it, works great, I just have to zero in the rifle now.
