I like the current setup for my Rod! But curious if they do how they perform ballistic wise. Keep us informed.

How about three new weights, 30, 35, 40 gr.... just wishing.... If I had to choose just one, 35 gr. would be it.... My Hatsan loves to put out 70 FPE but the only pellets that fit the magazine, the Daystates and EunJin Domes, are horrible accuracy in that gun.... Maximum length 0.410", please....

I'll be trying any pellet JSB makes, but I really NEED a 50 cal pellet for my Dragon Claw! It seems like there might be a .457 Hayabusa that could use a pellet as well

Wondering what shape they'd be to be both +30 grains and less than .410" in length. Would pretty much have to do away with most of the hollow part and make them kind of fat bodied (kind of like the .177 13.4gr. Monsters).
Did notice a +16gr. .177 was announced, but haven't seen any, but it does go to show that they are thinking in terms of heavy weight pellet use.
Then again, seems the demand for what they already produce is outstripping the supply (as most places are out of stock popular types). Reading their web page, they've been claiming to be in the process of expansion (and really, they were running the place with just 20 employees?).

A 30-35gr JSB pellet would be a fantastic addition to the .25s
I could have my Storms shoot in the 65-70 FPE stock

The Daystate 36 gr. is 0.410" long and looks like a JSB Monster in .177, typical JSB hemi-spherical nose, cylindrical body, short tapered skirt.... so a JSB in 35 gr. would have to be similar (but hopefully better quality).... The 25.4 gr. are only 0.310" long, so a 30 gr. would be in between (0.350"-0.380" ? depending on the shape of the waist).... A 40 gr. would likely sneak up towards 0.450", but that will still fit in an MRod magazine (barely).... The longest you can put in a Hatsan magazine is about 0.420", and that depends on the location of the waist, as the O-rings can force it to sit too far forward or back and jam (case in point the Predator).... The 36 gr. Daystates fit and feed fine in the Hatsan, they just aren't that accurate, so a JSB in that weight would be really welcome as I have no trouble driving the Daystates at 950-970 fps.... They would be dynamite in a Condor as well, if they had the long range accuracy.... and staying to that 0.410" LOA would allow them to fit the Hatsan, MRod, Daystate (presumably), and any single shot.... I don't know about the Korean repeaters, anyone that can chime in with that information?.... Manny, what is the maxmium length pellet they will feed?....

Predators are 0.406" long, and will fit in the magazine of a Hatsan but the O-rings push them forward and they can jam.... The Daystates, at 0.410" function perfectly.... so it would appear that a length of ~0.410" maximum would allow the maximum number of repeaters to use them.... I hope this is something JSB looked at....

LOL. We know the gun makers don't look at the pellet length when designing their mags., hopefully the pellet maker will do better.

The EunJin Domed is shorter than a Predator.... but the pointed is longer.... AFAIK, it won't even fit an MRod magazine....

The magazine fit issue is fairly easy up to .500 for the Marauder 25's anyway. I am comfortably feeding .498"-long boolits from a 225353 mold( with the inside relieved in a circular slot ). Nooooo problemo. Endmill and drill press...
cheers,
