Will it work in what manner? Will it fit the rail and attach securely? Probably. Will it prevent scope damage due to recoil? Probably, or at least reduce the likelihood. Will it return to the exact same position after the shot? In spite of the written propaganda I have my doubts. I have no idea how precise the alignment mechanism may be. A break barrel airgun has a latching assembly that gets it very close every time. The scope mount, according to the writeup relies on a tapered pin. Is this one pin or two? How strong is the spring forcing it into position? How smooth are the pin and the tapered hole into which it slides?
If you find satisfactory answers to the alignment, yes it should be a great new invention, unless a bit of grit or dust can affect alignment.
Personally, I'll stick with airgun rated scopes until the new invention is proven - though in concept it's a great idea.

My question was if the mount will return to the exact same position after the shot, and if the gun will be as accurate as using standard airgun mounts.

Call them and ask to review their mount for the GTA, and upon completion you'll make a decision?

Sure it will work if machined properly. Some of the best scope systems uses a similar method. Unertl scopes slide in their mounts and was spring loaded to return to position. I have several long scopes in similar mounts on Sharps and rolling block rifles without the return springs and you just return the scope to its original position after firing. I'm just surprised someone didn't offer something like this long ago for springer air rifles. Does anyone stock these mounts? I would like to give one a try.

I don't think if I read right that scope mount is on a rail system where it moves back and forth after every shot. Maybe I read or understood it wrong and I will go back to read again. It looked to me to be a scope mount that you can release to slide back and forth for eye relief. But even if it is a sliding rail scope per shot could it still toast a scope on a so called magnum springer, yes, anything is possible.
So let me look at that again. But if your interested in one why not try it out and then provide a detailed writeup here on GTA for others to see and use in their discretion of buying.

Well after a second read it does appear to be just that. I guess it is worth a try. I just can't see how this would eliminate or go back to your scopes dialed in POI through POA setting. It has to have some tolerance of forgiveness to slide which to me would lend to that slight amount to affect a constant POI.
But I would try one just to see myself. I may be eating crow possibly if I did and that would be fine if truly it works!

It seems that the description describes a conical bushing that locates the mount when it is in its forward position. The real question to me is does the bushing seat into a hardened insert, or the aluminum of the mount itself.
I am assuming that the mount body is aluminum to save weight. A mount like that made of steel would be weighty I think.
The next concern would be what do the two rails ride in or on?
I would hope that they ride on bushings or bearings to keep the rail from wearing against the mount body through recoil cycling.
If done right, it would be the cats pajamas, but if done on the cheap, well then not so much.................
