My biggest problem with DIY targets is the cost of printer ink.  It would be cheaper to make 'em with 12 year old scotch.

Some printing tips;
Use economy mode on your printer.
If it's a laser printer, don't use the option for colored in (or shaded) ring areas, just print the thin lines.
Or you could use 12 year old scotch like Greg does (I'm still laughing at this)!

Use card stock paper. It makes cleaner holes.

I use an InkJet printer, color, and use a heavy Photo Paper ... really makes a nice target and clean holes.  The Single Malt Scotch goes into me .... not the printer.
