Manny, the SS and XL will both take this seal from JM.http://www.airrifleheadquarters.com/catalog/item/251485/6616786.htm You can also get moly (or actually a 3 lube kit) from JM. The 3 lube kit has everything you would need for several airguns.http://www.airrifleheadquarters.com/catalog/item/251484/4169286.htmIf you decide to do it yourself, you will need several other tools and items. First, the SS will require a spring compressor to safely disassemble. The XL does not require the compressor due to the small amount of pre-load on the RAM. You can buy or build a spring compressor. We have instructions in our library section and on Charliedatuna.com site. You will need some tools to debur, sand and hone the air chamber. Do a search for spring compressor and also search the Shop Talk and Airgun Mods gate for steps, hints and tips on doing a home tune/lube of the XL and SS. Be sure to look at my seal saving post in the shop section to help you get a clean install of a new seal in both of these guns.Good luck and keep us posted.Happy Shooting....and tuning!!!!Dave

It has the same threaded end cap as the NP XL. In fact, I have on order from Crosman, the internal parts for an NP XL that I'm going to be installing in another Super Streak.

IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE. "The Super Streak doesn't require a spring compressor. It has the same threaded end cap as the NP XL. In fact, I have on order from Crosman, the internal parts for an NP XL that I'm going to be installing in another Super Streak."
Manny, if you want to drive to Kailua, I will help you do a lube/tune on your Benji's. I've done quite a few and would be happy to help. You'd be amazed at how much better they shoot afterwards.
