FULLY INTEGRATED PSI GAUGE FOR FLYING DRAGON-PCP!

Here's one of the new additions to the FD-PCP from MM.

All of the parts can be purchased from Crosman for around $36.00 "rounded".

You of course will need a circular bit to cut-out the hole in the stock.

It turns out that everything from Crosman matches up perfectly with the FD-PCP platform.

Sure, I could count the amount of shots I take to have an idea of how much pressure is remaining, the problem is my memory! My memory is actually really great, it's just real short!

Also, I feel that knowing exactly how much pressure I have remaining will improve my over-all accuracy; help to better judge trajectory.

Once Jason B. (JTB530) has completed all of the work, I will be sure to post all of the details and more pictures.

The yellow indicates where 2000-psi is.

2000-psi will most likely be my max fill limit.

3000-psi is the max.

Where the yellow begins is the 2000-psi mark.

Where the red begins is the 2500-psi mark.

This is the only option for a Low-Pressure PCP.

Pretty sure the one for the mrod is higher.

For me, this was just right for the FD-PCP, as it gives off all of the pertinent readings.

I will have a look and let you know for sure.

If the Disco gauge and block fit, then you can also use the P-Rod gauge and block.

Yeah, the one I have only has the 1000-psi and 2000-psi numbers on it, the 500 and all others are represented by hash marks.

Again, my limit will be the 2000-psi number indicator.

i'll be watch the thread anyhow, I'm interested in seeing how the gauge was installed. I wouldn't be interested in any machining I couldn't do with my modest tools. (hammer, chisel, duct tape and zip ties)

You will need to drill a 1/2" hole in the tube and deburr it.... I would suggest a PRod gauge port as the Disco one is restrictive, it only has a 1/8" hole through it.... You can use the Disco valve, however (dual markings for CO2 as mentioned) but you may want an extension for the gauge in the form of a 1/8" NPT male-female adapter.... You can't use the Disco gauge extension in the PRod gauge block as they are different threads, the Disco one is sealed by an O-ring....

Since I ordered my XS60C PCP today , do not have it in hand to look at.  Based on the replies to this topic I'm assuming there is no PSI gauge on the rifle. The gauge on a hand pump will work fine for HPA.  How do you determine the fill PSI if you want to run Co2 from a 12 or 20oz tank?

I can go ahead and let you know that the Flying Dragon-PCP does not have a psi-gauge, and yes, you are correct about using the gauge on a HPP to determine how much pressure you have in the tube when filling it.

Hopefully someone that knows more about your other question will chime-in and let us know the answer.
