2260 in a Marauder stock?

Does anyone know if the 2260 or Discovery externals (tube, trigger housing ect.) will fit in a Mrod stock?  I would like to upgrade my 2260 stock to a Mrod stock if possible.
Since I cant find any info on a swap it seems doubtful but I gotta ask.

Mrod air tube is much larger diameter than disco or 2260, so it will be a very, very, sloppy fit.

Yep, what John said.  You can put 'em in there - but they'll flop around and the cutouts for trigger, etc may not fit (don't have 'em at hand to compare) either.  If you'd like a new stock you might look around at the various custom discos  and see where they get their stocks.  Discos R Us sells stocks - If I Recall Correctly.

I think Norm (DiscosRus) would work with you, since it should be close to a disco.  No gauge hole, but different mounting hole/bolt, trigger guard and inlet for trigger.

Thanks guys.  I was looking to cheap out as used Mrod stocks are cheap compared to custom Discos.

Well, here's an option - IF you can come up with the trade goods...  Shucks, you could order new parts from Crosman and come out ahead on this deal, perhaps.

Or simply buy a stock Disco stock, they turn up from time to time.

A little more rare, but, you might find a Katana stock somewhere.

Is it the "new" Heritage 2260?  That appears to have the disco stock minus the gauge hole.

I have a 2260 which has the Disco stock w/no gauge hole it is a 2010 model yr.  I also have one from 2009 which has the older smaller stock.  The small stocked one is the one I am going to try to fit to a Mrod stock.  I just got a Mrod stock off Yellow and will see how much trouble I can get myself into.  It will probably be a week or so before I get it so will report back then.
