Some interesting Disco accuracy testing

Got a chance to test some different pellets in the .177 disco over the past few days and here are the results.
At ten yards:
Best Group is with the 8.4 grn. JSB's.
Surprisingly, the Gamo Red Fire polymer tipped pellets shot better than the Predators in my disco. Not by much but still a tad better.
Lastly, I had about 1100 psi left in the disco and threw some PBA's in there just to see how bad they were and they weren't all that bad. Still a dime sized group but then again just about everything shoots dime sized or smaller in the disco at ten yards.
Tested the JSB's at 25 yards and got a decent quarter sized group. They ended up strung up and down but still not bad. The last grouping pic is of the JSB's at 25 yards.
The scope is a Simmons 6.5-20x44.

When my Disco was .177 cal. it liked the Crosman Premier heavies 10.5 grs. I have since changed it to .22 cal. and it still likes the Crosman dome pellets best.

Nice.. I am still mad @ myself for shooting .177 pellets through my .22 disco the other day by accident. just wasn't paying attention because I was in a rush to shoot some birds and was wondered why i missed 3 times!
Later realizing my mistake I was only worried about my tko ldc and any damaged baffles, So I took it off. everything was fine with that.
but then I found a burr on the rifle crown! from the factory... obvisously because it was blued over, i was perturbed. strange to find that too because she shot fine before I found that. ( really makes me wish I just bought my disco from MAC -1) because he would have found and fixed that..
anyways long story short.... I had practice crowning a barrel on my chopped cfx, and had some some brass screws...so I ended up recrowning the barrel on my disco last night, cleaned the barrel and shot her. so far so good.....but now I know for sure I will eventually send her out to Tim to let him to his magic on her.
Sorry for hijacking,

Tpatner: try adjusting your barrel band at different lenghts from the stock. 1 inch groups at 25 are not decent with a .177 disco. I had mine double banded and it shot 1 inch groups at 55 yards with 10.5 crosman premiers. but it took a lot of testing. 1 band close to the stock and it might as well be a 12 gauge...lol light pellets? POI changes in the 1 1/2 inches at 30 yards... heavies? 30 yard dime sized 5 shot groups.... it is a good rifle but you need to set it up to suit you... the .22 were not as fussy... or you can get a power adjuster to fine tune using lighter pellets than the heavy stuff... It might even net you more shots. mine gave me 47 shots at an average 856 FPS +- 10 fps. And anything hangingon the muzzle will change your POI... barrel vibration i think is the cause...

Thanks for the idea lillysdad. I will have to give that a try once the gun is really broken in.
It for some reason doesn't shoot the crosman heavies that well. I want to get a tin or two of Jsb or h&n heavies but haven't make an order in a while.
Also, any ideas for a trigger replacement? Mine breaks at the same spot but the pull is so darn heavy I feel like I pull at least two shots in every grouping. I know tko makes one but haven't heard much about them.

I worked mine a bit, but with a couple of thousand shots through it it became a good "hunting " trigger. I dont know if it is worth replacing. I kinda got used to it. Plus it was predictable, if a bit heavy.
