New Shooting table!!!!

So my Dad and I decided to build a shooting bench this weekend based off of some plans I found on here and some other websites.  I have to finish it with some stain or paint but either way I may have a little surprise in store for the final touches of this bad boy.  Minus the weight it is really nice.  Comfortable to sit at and plenty of space to have pellet tins and a rest on it.  Lemme know what you folks think and any questions are welcome as well

Good job on the shooting table!  At some point, depending on whether you plan to move it, you might consider doubling the heavy plywood on the top.  Be sure and get the table leveled when you find it a home.  Are you going to paint or finish it in any way?  I sure like the patio umbrella I added to mine.  Great help when shooting outdoors in full sun.  You can get one of the umbrella pedestal stands and depending on whether your shoot RH or LH, use a U-bolt through the side of the table frame to  help support the upper part of the umbrella pole.

I'm planning on finishing it.  Not sure if I want to stain it or paint it.  I am hoping to put a nice little logo on there but that will remain a surprise for now, whether or not it comes to life is a different story. 

As for the umbrella, I like that idea but that will come in time and if it's necessary.

I just put the first coat of paint on it today. Looking good. Planning on putting a polyurethane seal on it next. Hopefully I'll get to it soon
