Hello from SC

Hello All,
  I have recently gotten into spring air rifle shooting. and, given the rifles I have been accumulating, I should say air rifle collecting. I am target shooting right now, practicing the artillery hold and getting better and better. I may go squirrel or crow hunting around Thanksgiving at my Farm. I have an R1 and and R9 via Paul Watts.
For some reason, OK, I know the darn thing was just gorgeous, I bought an LG55 with Tyrolean stock. It was just delivered today. My oh My what a gorgeous gun. I just shot it a few times earlier this evening. I love how it feels and shoots. Hopefully I will be able to get some tips from members regarding shooting this gun accurately. It too came via another air gunner from Paul Watts.
Now what? An FWB 124 which is on the way to Rob Hudson for a tune. An early gun I am very anxious to try it out. It sat for 25 years but looks terrific. It needs a tune up I am sure.  I seem to like the older guns. Being 63, I suspect has something to do with that.
I love air gunning. It is a fun and challenging sport. I look forward to many years shooting, hunting and collecting air rifles!
My other hobbies are Amateur Astronomy and Fly Fishing. I have had a telescope ever since my Mom gave me one for my birthday in 1965. Right now, my favorite thing to do is image the Moon and planets. Fly Fishing is something I like very much but seldom get to do. Alone on a small trout stream in a beautiful setting is where I want to be!
