This "lawyer" is an idiot! I used to manage the production of a newspaper and I'm very familiar with OSHA regulations and inspections and non-existent complaints. Whenever a disgruntled employee would want to screw with the company they would call OSHA and try to stir things up. I once had OSHA call and report a complaint from an employee who claimed that the extreme heat in his work area was causing him heat exhaustion. The guy worked in an office that was kept at 72 degrees. The OSHA inspector laughed when I told him the details. I would bet this idiot is a former employee who was fired for violating OSHA rules. Let's give Crosman the benefit of the doubt here. I could go into any workplace you choose and find an OSHA violation within 15 minutes. It is impossible to avoid an occasional violation because you are dependent upon your employees to always follow the rules and we all know that just doesn't happen every minute of every day. Crosman is required to post the details of the violations on company bulletin boards and repond in writing to OSHA as to their corrective measures. You can be sure that no Crosman employee will be subject to any further danger or harm. Enough said. The "lawyer" should go to *(&^.

A source at Crosman had not even heard or seen this. I can relate, I don't always know what's up at my workplace either. But, they forwarded it to their legal department. Nothing back from them, so I'm thinking it's just junk.
