I modded 2 13XX

Well after reading through allot of these posts on modding 13XX . I bought a 1377 brown classic and the black 1322 . With the 1377 I purchased a steel breach on E-bay from a needfulthingsnow ebay seller also from same seller I purchased an 18 inch barrel. Turns out 18 inch barrel is kind of hard to shoot as a pistol. So I purchased a Crossman 1399 shoulder stock . The original sights dont work with the new breech and longer barrel so of course i had to purchase barrel band front sight and a LPA MIM rear sight . That's how the 1377 went and I added a tasco scope from walmart. The 1322 was the same except I went with 14.5 inch barrel and pulled the valve out and did a mod from either a archive here or some other forum. But it consists of taking point of the valve head and making it flat. I used 4 inch grinder up side down to get it down to where i didn't have to file to long.  It said that doing this combined with adjustable flat head piston would eliminate head space and force air into valve better. then I unscrewed valve and pulled the spring, needle and check valve out. Cut 2 threads off male end of valve this is suppose to increase volume of the little valve. Then I drilled the discharge hole slightly larger . I have never done this before so I went a little bigger than original hole. One more thing . I don't have dermal tool so I tried to angle the inside of the port hole so it didn't have to go 90 deg . I think the best mod is the valve and piston mod it adds allot to the gun power wise . I don't have chrony but it really blows bottles apart.

What was said above you will save a ton of money buying parts through Crosman.
Go to their web sight and look in the down load section, there is a manual for almost every gun they make, they include a diagram and a parts list. Armed with the part numbers you can get [prices on the phone and order what you want. The 13xx and 22xx guns are great fun.
