New 350p owner!!

Just wanted to stop by and say hi.

Was able to get my hands on this rifle from a fellow member here.  Was able to trade my fwb 300s for the rifle, spare barrel, and droop mount, as well as a tin of pellets.  All I can say is WOW!!  The cocking of the rifle is nice and smooth, and the thump this thing makes is just awesome!  Though not sure how many shots I can take in my yard before my neighbors start to complain,  Lol.

Was posting a while ago that I was wanting something either for the ft game, or something better to hunt with.  And I have to say that this thing should be able to deliver the guy to critters.

Though I must ask.....what are you guys zeroing your scopes at?  I currently have a Hawke 6-24 on the rifle.  Shooting the stock short barrel, though do have an MM long barrel as well.

Good for you.
Nothing worse than trying to use a rifle for something it is not designed for, and having a BAD experience.

oh forgot to tell you, I have that trigger set as smooth as it can be adjusted . its been honed and lubed very lightly . I hate grabby catchy triggers and im sure you noticed how smooth it breaks and very crisp too

That I have.  The first shot that I let though her really suprised me.  Was suprised at the trigger pull as well as the thump in my shoulder!

I have some 20+ grain pellets I am going to throw through her and see what she does.  Though shooting at a 2x4 was geting the pellets to go half way through.  Now to pull out the chrony, get some numbers, and sight this beast in.

I'm just wondering what calibre your 350 is in order to use 20 gr pellets. I sure hope it's not a .22 becuae that is far too heavy, even for a well made air rifle like the 350... You would be technically far better served by using .22 pellets in the 14 - 16 gr range. Be careful about gong above that mark. 20 grainers are better suited to .25 calibre...

I only have a few from when I had my BSA Sportsman HV.  Figured I would give them a try, but honestly can see me just using the 15-19 grainers that I have.  Wouldn't mind the extra range, though the heavies will be used when big critters are in the yard.

I picked it up from the post office, as I work nights and missed the darn delivery person....., put a few shots through it and had to get to work.  I plan on getting some shots here tomorrow or this weekend.  I was lucky enough to get two barrels with the rifle   The stock shorty and a longer MM barrel.

Woogie your a lucky fellow If Oakey hadn't been selling a TX200 MKIII the 350 would have been living at my house Rob did a great job with her enjoy the rifle  if you get tired of her and decide she is too much work to cock let me know I like Magnum springers

That is one sweet looking rifle Woogie... no seriously, I really like the lines on that rifle.  It has a certain sniper appeal to it don't you think...?  Can't to see some accuracy reports and maybe even a video!

The falcon is still on my .22, this one is a Hawke 6-24.

Did get the droop mount with it as well, though the scope is a 30mm tube.  So I have a set of double strap bkl rings that I can't use!!  Luckily payday is tomorrow, so new mounts will be on order as well as some more pellets.
