Ideal 1 pc mount for Cometa 400 Fenix to move the scope forward

Hi all, I posted this question under the general accessories category and it was suggested I try it here instead for some other thoughts.  So here it goes, I'm looking for an ideal 1 piece mount to move the scope forward on my Cometa 400 Fenix and Optisan Viper 6-24x56.

I push the scope as far forward as possible hitting the front ring (which isn't forward enough anyway for a good picture) and I can't get the focus wheel on (it hits the front ring before it slides on completely).  So I have to pull the scope back from the ring about 3/4".  Focus wheel goes on, sight picture is worse.  So I really want that front ring moved forward 1-1/2" (40mm) at least.  That gives my focus wheel the clearance it needs plus the additional space to push the scope farther forward.  I'm being somewhat picky, I like to pick the gun up into a comfortable consistent spot and see what I'm looking at with out having to adjust my cheek position.

thats an awful lot of scope for that gun lol



bkl makes "reach forward" rings as does hawke,both push the scope forward about 2" inches,

also try looking for "cantilever" scope rings.

lots of choices out there for moving a scope forward.

Thanks for posting and the suggestions much appreciated! I'm having a problem with the photo link though, not sure why, could be my end.  Your right, that is a lot of scope! Certianly not optimal for the conditions or the rifle but I shoot higher power for the one reason never mentioned....it just makes me smile

Yes!  both links are working.  Sometimes out here in the country,  downloads are not so fast.  You went green!  Nice looking to... Zombie killer or matching the way nice Camaro?  Both look great!

as for the mounts,the hawke are a bit cheaper,but the bkl are very well made IMO
