FWB300s Dating

I have seen the lists over on Pilk guns as well as those over on the yellow, though I can't for the life of me figure out how the SN# that I have fits in to the list.

I have an FWB300s with an SN# of 234858.   Want to try and date it and follow its path to me.


Any help and explanation would be great!

According to Pilk Guns............Between 1977-1978.

That is cool......    But how did you figure that out?

Going back and looking at it now to try and figure out.   Think I just figured it...... the SN# posted is the number that they started on that date. correct?
