Believe it or not, River Monsters is my 9 year-old granddaughter's very favorite television show. I'm not sure what it is that appeals to her, but she is riveted to it when it's showing.

Been doing RC's for the last 6 years. Mainly rc drag racing. It's fading away here and I not so good at touring cars so I think I'm getting out of rc's. Trying to get financed to build me a garage and buy a lathe, mill and some work working stuff. Other than that hunting and fishing.

RC car racing. I have raced everything from electric carpet oval to on road nitro. Currently racing electric sprint oval, 4 WD CORR and electric 1/8 buggy.

Mountain biking, road biking, hiking, backpacking, bottle cap collecting, drinking micro brew beer, knife collecting, and reading books-right now survivalist guides and projects.

 Been doing cars since the 60s. This one will be the last for me ( 70 soon ). Also PBs and all types of surface RCs.

Bicycles (both mountain and road), motorcycles (big dual sports in particular), knives and camping in no particular order.
You can actually do them all together if you ride your motorcycle or bicycle to where you'll be camping and as you always have a camp knife... there you go 

To keep the wife off the ground and the dogs quiet we bought a camper a couple years back and now I spend more time in that than a in a tent now which is a pretty good way to do it.

For me, it's riding and wrenching bicycles (including recumbents and recumbent trikes), archery, mostly at paper and foam, and squirrel hunting.  Other things I've done in the past and could regain if provoked are muzzleloading, bike camping and ham radio, and the occasional game of chess.  I played with R/C monster trucks for a while, but I try to avoid hobbies that are endless money holes with no practical application.  To round it out, my wife and I stay fairly active at church and I'm on the road for work during the week, so playtime stays pretty limited.  We don't have kids but I've heard they are tasty...

Photography is my first hobby.  I enjoy sports photography the most as I love to see what I captured AND the expression on the players face when they hear I got the shot of them doing something great.

besides airguns, my biggest other passion is motorcycles. preferably roadracers. then powder burners. rc helicopters. golf. 1st person shooters. when i have time. now days its mostly about the kids, so i dont get as much time to do my hobbies. but i am teaching the kids some of my hobbies, so we can all participate together.

Congrats on getting off the ground and moving up with your camper upgrade.  I agree, I find many places were camping and mountain biking go hand in hand.

Love a good first person shooter in the slow winter months, right now Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare.  Killing zombies is a great stress reliever. 
Awesome your instilling some good hobbies and hopefully lifelong passions in the youngins.  Hobbies are enriched when joined by the family and everybody is having fun.

My favorite Mustangs.  Shelby had a dealership close to me in Pennsylvania, so I'm partial to his tunes.
