How to post pictures?

How do I post a picture?
I uploaded 2 and can't get them to post.

There is a cap of 200kb on how big the photos can be. You will need to convert them into smaller KB photos and this is the website I use to do it. http://www.resizr.com/

I use the old ImageResizer for Windows. It has been upgraded to work with all the Windows platform up to Windows 8.
Just select 1 or all of the photos you want to re-size, then Right Click and select resize pictures and then a program opens, select your size or custom size then click the button at bottom Resize.

I take the photo with my iPhone, then I email the photo to myself and in doing so the iPhone will ask me what size do I want to send the photo.  I pick medium size photo then send it.  At that point I open the email  either on my iPad or  iPhone  and then save it.   The save picture is now the right size to upload.
