Playing with the 98 punchin some paper, what a laser beam of a rifle!! Some targets set out at 40 yards.....and a BIG fat black fly landed on the sheet.....

If that rifle was a laser you would have made a head shot then some dry rub and on the grill for dinner

Hard to tell...but it was a head shot.....I think.

Scott...my Motormayhem friend!!!! I cannot tell you how well you've set this rifle up and how much we are all enjoying it bro!! It's a lot like the TX....put an inexperienced shooter behind her and they can hit just about anything!! You did an awesome job....thanks again!

I know Randy!! I bought those fly paper targets from PA and I've been practicing head shots on flies!!

BTW 40yds great shot. What scope did you mount on her cause unless I was using a 50 power scope probably wouldn't have even seen it to shoot?

i used to shoot flies often but eventually found they weren't worth the cost of the pellet,,,hardly any meat at all on 'em.

Skinning those things is the real tricky part too. But once you skin 'em, there ain't much to 'em!

Skinning those things is the real tricky part too. But once you skin 'em, there ain't much to 'em!

Personally, I go for a heart/lung shot, so as to preserve the trophy head for the taxidermist!
