Just got the approval pics for my custom FT stock for my TX200HC. Approved and final payment made. Should have it in about a week.

Wow, that's one nice piece of Wood...

I've also been thinking of a GinB stock.. one of the bulpup types for my HW100...

But failed to convince both me and the wife...

the pricetag on the bulpup are 430 EURO eq. $500..

I think the Price for conventional stocks are from $300 and UP... depending on what you want to be fitted..

Yep, sold off all my PCP stuff to fund my vision of the ultimate springer. I will be living with this TX for a long time.

Love to hear that. I could have gone PCP, but I kept hearing this little voice say don't do it. Now I have 2 very good rifles and some nice glass sitting on them for less than what I would have spent for a so-so PCP and support equipment. I knew I would hate dealing with tanks and the hassle of getting them filled, either by an uber expensive, slow as a snail Shoebox and shop compressor, or the inconvenience of driving to a fire station or scuba shop to fill an uber expensive tank.

Cool piece of workmanship you have there SciGuy. You made the right choice in my book.

Not going to be a safe queen that is for sure. Think I may need to do what we did for new motorcycle helmets. For good luck a new helmet had to be scuffed on the pavement before wearing it on the first ride. That was to keep the pavement from scuffing it in a not so pleasant way later.

Made it home from Softball National Championship late last night. Daughter's team did't play well but we had fun. And to help me feel better I saw this a little bit ago.

That is my stock out for delivery today by UPS. It made it from Indonesia to Bham, AL in 2 days. I just hope it is in the correct number of pieces. Time to go cut grass on my home range and get ready for it. Have a Field Target match in Heflin, Al tomorrow to get it ready for.
