benji 312 rear site question

I have a 65 Benjamin franklin 312 22 cal corn cob pump with a v rear  site  stupid question do I use top or bottom of the site? seems like if I shoot at 25yrds using the top it wont bottom out enough

I have a 312 with that sight and don't have any problem using the top of the sight. Maybe your front sight is to short,

I scope all mine    , eyes getting worse   , but even when I didn't have scopes had hard time with those sights
