JM's Apex will fit the 15mm barrel without any filing. You will have to use something to shim it. I prefer it to the SS brake. Much thinner.

Just for the benefit of others....I had forgot to mention, the SS brake does not require any modification to the barrel.  Simply install the appropriate shim (included) and slip the brake in place.
Both the SS and the Apex are well made, Just a matter of preference.

I have a couple Apex brakes; they are quite nice. Sometimes he has blems; that's what I got and could not find the blem on either one. Nice parts, thanks JM, tk
