Protocol Question

I tried the 10-Meter standing/unsupported match this past week and found I've
a long way to go. Then I found this 50' anything-goes match and thought I'd
give it a try.
However, I'm confused about scoring. Please check out the photo (enhanced to
show shots) and tell me if I'm scoring it correctly.
Unfortunately I was shooting at a plain paper target which tends to tear. Also, the
target I quickly fabricated is only 1/4" plywood which I put a 1/8" sheet steel behind
so maybe pellets are bouncing back through the target. Doesn't seem so judging
from the results looked at closely. Gotta devise a better system for sure.
Anyway, am I scoring correctly? Two pellets on each target, right?
I'm an old, shaky, half-blind fellow using a bi-pod (on foam) and a three-point brace on the
back end with my lovely TR77 and heck of nice pellets my rifle loves.
Hope this image is readable.

Looks like your 550 yard range will only require around 100-150 yards of holdover

A really simple backstop is a USPS medium flat rate box stuffed full of rags. Diabolo (wadcutter) pellets will help make nicer holes, too.
Depending on the power of your gun......maybe a couple boxes.

Cheap plastic bags (a lot of them) stuffed in the box, too.

Target sheet taped or pinned on a cardboard and placed in front of a telephone book works for me.
As for your scoring....let's just look at the top row left to right:
14, 14, 17 in my opinion.
Btw...welcome to our target shooting matches.
