Having participated in many forums over the years and experienced the different flavors each forum has, I find myself wanting to complement the members and administration of GTA. Of late, I have been viewing GTA  daily, and participating in a number of discussions too. Well,actually, my participation has mostly been to ask questions and gratefully receive information.
But to my point. I'd like to offer kudos to the membership here for maintaining a civil, gracious attitude towards other members. Although I have not read every post made, I have yet to see any examples of outright rudeness toward others that I often see on a few other forums. Perhaps the lack of face-to-face interaction the internet gives, somehow fosters in some a liberating feeling that allows them to berate others in a fashion that, if done face-to-face, would lead to blows. Aside from my southern USA upbringing with its ingrained standards of behavior, I was taught that courtesy and consideration for others were the watchword of the day. I feel comfortable here. And it's a nice feeling. Don

Appreciate the kind words Don. GTA, as Gene puts it, is a cut above the rest. We pride ourselves in being a family of airgunners. Granted, there are times when family don't see eye to eye. But folks here handle the differences quite well. It's the GTA family members that make this the great place it is. And we're proud to have you in our family!!!!
I am moving this thread to the Back Room though. But thanks again for the post!!!!
