I have noticed that some days I just can't miss and other days I can't hit anything. I am not taking weather into this, because we all know all too well what wind and rain can do.
I have also noticed that while I was told 1 pellet was better than another pellet in a springer, sometimes the other pellet is better with me behind the gun. For example I am more confident shooting H&N FTT, even though I have proven to myself that another pettet shoots just as well. I just reach for the H&N because I feel more secure shooting it.
Do others feel this way or is it just me?

Yep, we all have those kinds of yo-yo days. When it all comes together, it's called the zen of airgunning.
If it's not happening, take a short break. Relax, possibly try a different airgun, or just slightly changing shooting positions. Just enjoy it and things will fall into place.
SAFE & Happy Shooting!!!!

I have good days and I have bad days.
The good gays are always my fault and the bad days are always the gun or pellet’s fault. . . . . well okay, it’s my fault also.
Too me, pellets are pellets. I shoot the best pellets for the gun when I can’t afford to miss and shoot the second or third best pellets for the gun when plinking. Makes no difference to me.
However, you should shoot what ever pellet you feel comfortable with.

Yep, I have those days too. Some days I can't miss; some days I can't hit. Like somebody once said, the most critical adjustment you can make on the rifle is to the nut behind the trigger, or something like that.

Some days I get the bear, and some days the bear gets me. LOL

I find shooting can compare with golf. When I did play golf. Some days the ball goes where you want it some days its like what the heck.

Absolutely!! I play tons of tournament pool. Some days the pockets look like buckets....other days I swear I'm blind!! I usually blame the table, my cue or the cloth cause it CAN'T be me!!
Same with air guns.

It has to be quality control of the pellets.

This sounds very familiar. My swings in accuracy are compounded by me constantly switching between different rifles. While variety is the spice of life, it sure makes it hard to master each gun!
