This guy keeps giving me the run around for my Schimel

I sent my antique Schimel GP22 to an airgun service guy in March and he is still telling me he is waiting for parts.

This is most frustrating.

He had an ad showing a Schimel being fixed that said "If you recognize your gun in these photos we can fix it for you"
So I sent him my gun and $116.oo
This turned out to be a bunch of baloney.
I get excuses when I e-mail him.

Now he does not answer my E mails!

That reminds me of the 1972 Suzuki GT750 saga...
but I was the guy that had someone on my back for almost 2 years..
this motor needed new pistons/rings...the only place to get them is from a
after market suppler in the US....but they only do production runs when they have
enough orders to make it worth there while....But do you think this guy could understand this
NOT A HOPE IN H E L L  ...Because this company would not make them till they had enough orders
.WAS TOTALY MY FALT...In the end I gave him his motor back in a box & canceled the order for the parts...LOL  and then a year later he came knocking wanted to know where I ordered the parts..
but my mined went blank...  So after being on that end...that made me realize things mite not be as they seem...

Coop, you didn't indicate he said he was waiting for parts, was this a repair or just a tune. That might make sense in the case of a hard to get part, but the time frame seems way too long for a seal and lube tune. I also posted on the main forum.
