with fall in swing so is the fattening of the rat season so i have seed on all 3 of my wood piles. Last sat AM as i was having coffe in the morning i glance out the window while pouring a fresh cup bingo.About to snatch some seed a hungry rat was sneaking around at the 10 yard pile so i crack the front door load the 17.cal carbine pistol and wait for his move . 3 times i let him snatch and run each time spending more time looking for the best treat. The 4th time was deadly as he sat there chewing easy heart shot and the meal and the deal was closed
And last night i choped up some chicken breast bones and laid them out on the side yard pile about 70 feet out and in the cast of my front door light every night scraps dissapper but most is left so i know it's a rat as the ding dong only gose off once every now and then.about 11:30 ding dong and there he is just sitting in front of the tray with no worries i shut down the dinger and wait when he came in for the second piece it was lights out .22cal 18.1 grain jsb found it's mark and hit with a hard pop and he collapsed on the spot
rats night and day are my fav ,chris

I've got the same AA S410SL carbine.....I know that rat had no chance. Great shooting with both airguns.

Wow, those are some great looking guns next to some really ugly looking rats! I like the pictures, they make me feel good somehow. Is there something wrong with me??? LOL
Thanks for sharing

That's some great shooting on those smaller targets Chris! Great pics! The 410 looks really nice and I like what you 've done with the Diana and the shoulder stock. 30yd shots at Sparrows with a pistol is something to be proud of.
