Of all the name brand pellets on the market, whether it be on-line or in store, what are your thoughts about the Skenco pellets? Saw these pellets on one of the on-line sources. Was more or less just wondering how good they are or how bad they are. Also, does anybody use them?

I tried them in my 2260 and found that while they did bump my velocity up into the high 600 range, they were also woefully unaccurate past 20 yards or so. I'd be willing to bet they are not an accurate pellet for long range shooting no matter what gun you use. I'll steer clear of them in the future. J

I tried several different kinds of the .177 pellets...at short and long range. I was not impressed. Especially at long range, the POI dropped pretty quick, a lot quicker than my regular leaded pellets. Never bought em again, and even still have some.

In post #2, I was commenting on several of the types that have the plastic skirt. They didn't do so well, but there's two new types that I haven't tested yet...the Ultramag and the Ultrashock. I'm so impressed with the Predator Polymags that I havent gotten around to ordering a tin of each to test.
