Removing the shroud on a Remington NPSS

Could someone help me with how to remove the shroud on my NPSS.

Norm,

The muzzle is cut for an allen wrench I am not sure of the size but you just find the right sized allen wrench and unscrew her like normal...

the shroud is 3 peices BTW... the tip that screws down and holds everything in place... the long tube and then the back tapered peice.......


Why are you wanting to remove it BTW??

Thanks Michael. I should have looked a little closer and maybe I would have seen that. The reason I want to remove the shroud is to take a close look at the crown to see if it needs any work. Seeing the quality of this gun I do not imagine it will but I need to satisfy my curiosity.

I plan to do the same. Even the best brands can have a burred crown; no harm in looking.
