I'm trying to decide on a paint pattern now since my plastic is both black and green. Saw a black/white camo done with a flyswatter that I kinda liked.

I got a new stock & pump arm from Alchemy Air werks. Dave @ Alchemy does a great job.

1377 with flat top piston & valve, extended bolt, barrel & transfer port @ .156 , Williams sights.

I walked in to a local gun shop today and in the handgun case was a newer used 1377 AC for $30. I left with it. Funny thing is I remember the days as a kid when they were new for that much. Seems a bit under powered but I will run it over the Chrony.

Here's mine with the following mods... RB grips, 14.5 barrel (B&A), TKO, Millet SP-1, Crosman steel breech, 1701P trigger frame, smooth Mellon hammer, and HPASports barrel band/pivot. I spent way too much on it, but its now a great shooting gun.

Plinker you have, from what I can tell in the pictures, a phase III. Look on the left side and find the serial number. The first 3 numbers will tell you when it was made. like 313 would be March 2013. Good find.

Okay folks some may of seen my post earlier today about the 1992 1377 I picked up. I am wanting to rebuild this thing and make it nice. I believe the valve is shot in it. I pump it and I hear air in the breach. Can you all point me in the direction of good mods to do to this pistol that will not break the bank? I do not mind spending $$ on it but don't want to spend $$$ on it. I am all ears. Most of the steel on it has light surface rust and I coated it with oil earlier today. Help me crack this thing open and build her up. Thanks

Ooh yeah. No machining. I do not have the gear to do it. No lathe or press. :-(

But I found this in my 1377 search and there is so much excellent material here thought it worthy of a "bump" to the top of the list again.
C'mon folks... there's got to be a lot more who have joined and able to contribute since the last post date of September 07, 2014 (!)

Here's my new PC77 with it's new furniture... the mods just beginning.

I turned my .177 1377 into a .25 cal beast using a cr 1400 pump tube.

I have hit 40 FPE with 27.8 grain pellet going 805 FPS.

I pumped it 20 pumps in the pic:
