Titan NP and iron sights

Hi All!  Been lurking but not posting.  Great forum!

I bought my son in JROTC a Benjamin Titan NP.  He really likes it, but would prefer iron sights.  Getting a peep on the rear rail shouldn't be too hard, but I have no idea what to do with the front.

Can the plastic supressor be removed, and if so how?  I don't see the set screws that those with the GP talk about.  And if I did get it off, what's underneath?  I don't want to ruin it just to find out it can't be done.  But if it would come off, and if I could find a barrel band type front sight I think we would be in business.

I realize it might be easier just to buy a new rifle, but he likes this one and most that I've seen have mediocre rear sights anyway.

Welcome to our Addiction....

You could probably buy a new barrel from Crosman with the front sight already on it easier and cheaper than a new gun, then just pull the pin swap the barrels and go shoot...

That's a great idea!   How do I find out what barrels fit?  Is there a chart somewhere?  What is the best way to contact Crosman?

The muzzle brake on the Titan is removed by losing the two set screws.  When the brake is removed a B19-2-01-1 front sight can be pushed on to the barrel.
