A few of us here had the opportunity to get our hands on some early Retay models a couple of years ago. They were in the early production of the 100X and 135X model line. We evaluated a few of them and we were in direct communication with Retay designers to make suggestions for improvements. We were quite impressed with the quality of these airguns, especially compared to other offerings that have come from Turkey. There seemed to be more attention to detail in their production.
Since a US distributor has not been forthcoming, we have had no new updates since our initial reports. Do a search in the Airgun Review Gate for Retay and see the writeups Gene has posted.
I have been in contact Sem Guray, the president of Retay, to see when they will start selling in the US. He says it will happen this year. So we SHOULD get another chance to review and report on their line of airguns. But from the experiences we have in the past, this is a nice line of airguns and very good quality.
SAFE & Happy Shooting!!!!

air gun appeared in the market. We have 3 of them at home Two .22 and one 135 , .177 ( very low price now at 200 US considering that airgun hear duplicate o triplicate their price in USA) . They are good looking and well build guns. We (with my sons) have them for a while but did not made yet a test to compare them with the others guns that I have.
The only bad notice that I have is that is frequent that the main spring fail (broken) so they change the mainspring with one from Gamo air gun. The importer is selling the guns a 200 US dollars ( he started a 400 US )... Compared with Hatsan they are much better in quality and handling.
They Kick hard , need a resistant (airgun) riflescope, hard to break (both ) and quite heavy but well balanced. Accuracy : Up to now not so good but need to test more pellets and measure the dispersion once I find a scope capable of handling the kick.... The 135 is more accurate with heavy pellets (11. 96 gr.) I wil still testing the gun.
I have a TX200, a vintage Feinwerkbau .22 (33 years with the same excellent accuracy)and old gecado 27, Remington NPSS (It came with the barrel loose!) , Cometa Fenix 400 (accurate), Hatsan and Gamo....
