I have 2 scuba adaptors and I'm looking for a setup that's basically 3 hoses and a Tee fitting. Will a brass Tee from a plumbing supply house handle 3000 ?

No,a hydraulics shop will have one that will handle it.

Like possum said, but make sure you have American threads on your hoses. If not, than you will have to find a place the can order a British threads.

Get at least a 6000 psi (10,000 psi is even better) rated fittings.
