Hatsan interchangeability of parts (stocks)

So here is a half baked idea.  Does anyone here have a clue as to whether the wood stock on a 95 would fit on my 125?  I would like to get a .22 or .25 Hatsan 95, but more importantly, replace the synthetic stock on my 125 nitro .177, which I love so much, and would like to improve. If I were to get a 95, could I switch the stock with my 125, and vice versa?

No, unfortunately it sounds like you can't replace the synthetic stock on the Hatsan 125 with the nice wooden stock from a 95 or 135.  I had the same question, and just asked one of the chat guys over at Pyramyd Air.  He pointed out that the stocks on the Hatsan 95/125/135 cannot be interchanged, mostly because each of those rifles has a different sized compression chamber (and therefore a different sized cutout in the stock).

Incorrect on changing the 125/ 135 stocks. It can and has been done. The 95 I have no experience with. But the 125/ 135 I kniw it will work.
They can be interchanged and work correctly if you know what you are doing.

You know that experience when you feel great about someone pointing out that you had the wrong idea about something?  Heh.

I guess that makes sense, especially in terms of a 135 stock going onto a 125 (the gun is only going to be smaller, so if you can get everything to line up, it should be fine).  Any idea about how much modification (if any) is needed?  Mostly I'm wondering if the mounting holes and whatnot line up.

Fang's done some nice mods to the Hatsans and come up with some neat combos. Granted they aren't always garage George simple, but appear doable with some attention to detail.

In other words Fang, spill it.  What did you to to get the wood 135 on a 125?

The 95 is a different action and the specs wayyyy different, so seriously doubtful on any stock switch with 125 actions.

I'm looking forward to reviews coming in on the new models with pistons.  A 95 with a piston and wood stock may be what I'm after. Then I'd just keep my 125 as is, and not take the slightest risk of degrading a rifle or two.  I'm reasonably confident in my ability to tweak a rifle, but I don't need to buy a sacrificial 95 for parts, if an alternative is on its way.

One will just have to put the 2 stocks side by side to see the difference between the 2. The area to mod is where the trigger sits and do not know what configure yours is. The 125 best I remember just drops right in the 135.
Different production models differ.
This is the 135 .25 TH rammed. ONLY ONE KNOWN TO DATE!!!

Well, the "cat is out of the bag" and the HATSAN "135TH 2500 NITRO-EXPRESS Super-Magnum" is now in the Public Domain !

The rifle, as I see it is the "ultimate hunting springer". I have no doubt that it could bring down small to medium game, as needed, with proper pellet selection & shot placement !

Fang's 135TH "looks like it means business", and it DOES !

I think that combination is the ULTIMATE Break-Barrel HUNTING Rifle.

When Hatsan gets their VORTEX Gas Rams established here in the USA, I'll be doing MY "Hatsan 135TH 2200 Nitro-Express Super-Magnum" (.22 caliber), similar to Fang's "2500" (.25 caliber). I may as well name the "1770" (.177 caliber )version and "rumor has it" that a "2000" ( .20 caliber ) may be in development !
